Like us, pets sometimes have injuries or illnesses that require surgical intervention. At Cherry Hill Dog & Cat Hospital we utilize surgical lasers when possible which helps your pet enjoy a faster and less painful recovery. The trained & experienced vets at Cherry Hill Dog & Cat Hospital recommends regular vaccinations for your dogs, cats, kittens and puppies, as vaccinating your pets is the primary and best method to prevent most pet illnesses and diseases.

When a family pet gets ill, it affects the family just as if a brother or sister were sick.
Services
Our approach to veterinary medicine is based on our desire to help your pet live a long, healthy life.
Whether your pet walks, swims, slithers or flies they are a vital, irreplaceable part of your life and we are honored when you entrust us with their care.
We provide a variety of services designed not only to help your pet get better, but to prevent them from getting sick, as well.
As your pet ages potentially more health issues arise.
Many older pets have arthritis or dental disease.
Some develop heart or kidney disease.
At Cherry Hill Dog & Cat Hospital our goal is to help you keep your pet healthy and happy by utilizing preventative health care and treatment options.
Our pets can suffer from a variety of different diseases, and conditions caused by parasites and insect bites - especially if they're allowed outside.
We offer a variety of preventative treatments for dogs and cats to prevent most of the health concerns facing our pets from outside organisms such as worms, ticks, and fleas.
We want to know as much about your dog and cat's health as possible, as this will allow us to provide the best treatment we can.
At our animal hospital, we offer vaccinations for puppies and kittens as well as adult pets.
We will examine your pets and their environment and potential exposure to these preventable diseases and decide which vaccines are most appropriate for your pets.
There are five vaccinations we recommend and each protects your from common illnesses that can lead to canine illness and even death.
This vaccine is for all dogs and puppies.
It is a single vaccine that protects against Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.
Even though we still do traditional surgery for most procedures, where applicable we prefer to use the surgical laser.
Utilizing the laser gives the surgeon the ability to remove the effected tissue with extreme precision and minimally impact healthy tissue.
Less Post-Operative Pain - The laser seals nerve endings as it cuts, so the nerves are not able to send messages to the brain notifying it to feel pain.
Less Bleeding and Blood Loss - Laser energy seals small blood vessels during surgery, which results in less bleeding and less time required for the procedure.
