Yorkshire Veterinary Hospital will cease scheduling any non-life-sustaining services immediately. The office will remain open with limited hours for sick exams, emergency services, medication, and nutrition.
Until further notice, our office hours will be 8am-6pm Monday through Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturdays. We will be closed Sundays. Write down your concerns with your pet in as much detail as possible -Call us when you arrive. We will tell you when to come to the front door -We will take the pet from you for the Dr. to examine. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.
In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed.
