Our appointments last for 20 minutes; however, if more time is needed to evaluate your pet or discuss his diagnosis or treatment, we take the time to ensure that you understand your pet's condition as well as possible.
It may be helpful to write questions down before coming in for your appointment.
Though we don't mind answering your questions over the phone, often it is much more helpful to answer them in the setting of the examination.
We do ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for your appointment, to help us stay on schedule.
