Dr. Ivy Engstrom grew up on a cattle ranch in Nevada. She met Dr. Ross at Washington State University where they both pursued the same passions. They have 5 wonderful children. Dr. Engstrom has been in private practice for over 30 years. Dr. Ross Engstrom joined the team in 2019, also having over 30 years of experience as a veterinarian. Candi is our receptionist extraordinaire.
Candi has worked for a Valley Animal Hospital since Sept of 2011. She is originally from Bainbridge Island and has lived in the pacific northwest for most of her life. She is the voice on the phone and has an excellent memory. Like everyone here, she is crazy about the animals! Amy came to us as a student and has continued to work with us. She is here every Tuesday at A Valley Animal Hospital and is one of the best, positive dog trainers out there!
