Dr. Tell received a dual B.A. in biology and psychology at The Johns Hopkins University in 1997. He graduated from Cornell University's School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, after which he went straight into practice at an animal hospital in Great Neck, NY. He worked at that same hospital until purchasing Old Shore Animal Clinic in the summer of 2019
