Dr. Nicole Reilly has owned and led Aurora Hills Animal Hospital since 2011. Aurora Hills Animal Hospital is a full service, companion animal hospital capable of providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental health care. Here, our philosophy is to offer the best health care options for every pet, every time. In our hospital, we have laboratory and radiology diagnostic capabilities, a well equipped surgical suite, a full pharmacy, advanced general dentistry, and a closely supervised hospitalization ward.
We use an outside reference laboratory for advanced diagnostics. We work closely with board certified specialists and our local referral centers as needed to insure the best course of action for our patients. Our job is to offer you the best care possible for your pet with the compassionate, personalized, attention to detail that you expect from your other family doctor.
We are here to provide efficient and comprehensive diagnostics and treatment when your pets are ill. We will also work closely with you to tailor a health and wellness plan to your pet's specific needs.

Services
I am a Colorado native who lived in Washington, DC for over 20 years.
Upon returning to Colorado, I became a proud team member at Aurora Hills Animal Hospital.
I have always loved animals and truly enjoys interacting with Aurora Hills Animal Hospital clients and their pets.
I have three cats; Tommy P, Talula and the beloved 'Stevie 3 Paws'.
Stevie is one of the many animals whose life was saved by Dr. Reilly.
Stevie was wounded as a kitten and his right back leg was so damaged, amputation was the only lifesaving option.

Offensive breath odor in our pets is a sign of oral disease.
Periodontal disease, oral tumors, or immune diseases could be the problem.
Foul breath odor should never be ignored.

Here at Aurora Hills Animal Hospital we do not perform anesthesia free dental cleanings.
This type of oral care is in no way equal to a cleaning that is performed while your pet is under anesthesia.
We have had cases where a pet has just undergone an anesthesia free cleaning only to have Dr. Reilly assess that the pet has many more problems that were not and could not be addressed via an anesthesia free cleaning.
Subsequently the owner ends up paying for the second, proper, cleaning under anesthesia for something they were under the impression was getting corrected the first time.
