We try to be as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets, so if you know something that your pet loves (treats?) or hates (touching the feet, doorbell, etc.) please let us know.

For all visits we will show up at your house at the time of your appointment and come inside or stay in the yard for outside dogs.
We begin the appointment by talking to you about your pets so that we can assess them while allowing them to get comfortable with us.
From there we will provide the services for which we are called out.
Please provide a quiet space for your pet's comfort and a space near a wall outlet for the ultrasound machine.
All animals should have food withheld for 8 hours before the scan.
