Carver Street Animal Hospital is located in north Durham, near the intersection of Guess Road and Carver Street. This small animal hospital is one of the first veterinary hospitals in Durham, and has been under the Carver Street Animal Hospital name since 1992. Our veterinarians are Dr. Kelley Crabtree, Dr. Curtis Bashor, Dr. Liz Sankey, and Dr. Amy Gillian.

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has.
Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life.

After working in Maryland for a year, she found her way to Durham and Carver Street Animal Hospital in September of 1996.
She has been here helping to take care of our furry family ever since.
Dr. Curtis Bashor received his DVM at the University of Tennessee in 1993 and has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery ever since.
In 2004, he moved to North Carolina with his wife and began working at Carver Street Animal Hospital.
