Midtown Veterinary Hospital first opened its doors in 1932, giving the community of Rochester a veterinary practice that has stood the test of time.
Since the practice was purchased by Dr. Ami Maloco and her husband Ruel in 2018, we have made it our mission to create a practice that goes above and beyond in veterinary excellence.
Expanding our reach from Dansville, NY to Rochester, NY, we love servicing the community and educate our clients about the health of their pets.

She had experience working as a critical care and regular veterinary technician for 8 years before becoming a veterinarian.
Her areas of expertise include preventive medicine for small animal, dentistry, routine surgeries, and soft tissue surgeries.
Her areas of interest include internal medicine and emergency care.

She is committed to exemplifying professionalism in caring for clients' pet's needs by providing incredible patients care and customer service.

We need to examine them every 6 months as well as run some routine screening tests to detect underlying disease BEFORE it is clinically apparent.
