Dr. Kathryn McFadden purchased the practice in 1991.
She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in 1990.
Dr. McFadden takes tremendous pride and a personal interest in caring for all our clients and patient's needs.
Dr. April Mackey began practicing at Towne South Animal Hospital in January of 2012.
Dr. Mackey, a Shreveport Native, graduated from the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008.
She previously lived and worked in Las Vegas, Nevada for 3 years prior to joining our team.
She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in 1990.

Dr. McFadden formed and manages the SFD K9 Search & Rescue Support Group, a non-profit 501-c(3) organization to help support the on-going training, equipment and travel needs of the Team.
