Westside Veterinary Clinic
Westside Veterinary Clinic was opened in 1985. Over the years we have increased our capability in serving the local area's veterinary needs with the addition of Dr. Linda Patton in 1991, Dr. Jill Brady in 2009, Dr. and Steve Jacobek in 2012. The clinic's mission is to enrich the lives of pets and their people by providing quality, compassionate veterinary care throughout all of the pet's life stages.

Good pet health requires the partnership of the pet owner and the veterinary professional. We provide full service veterinary care for dogs, cats, and Dr. Patton sees a variety of pocket pets. Our services include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, high-quality medicine, acupuncture, and emergency care. Our facility is well equipped with in-house CBC/Chemistry analyzer, and digital radiology (including digital dental radiology).

We also offer day and extended boarding; your dogs can be comfortable in our heated/air conditioned indoor-outdoor runs. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our clients and strive to be honest, courteous, and respectful in all interactions.
Services
Our receptionists will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
Acupuncture is a centuries-old integrative medicine that has benefited humans and animals alike.
In humans, it is commonly used for pain management, neurologic conditions, and some reproductive issues such as infertility.
Sheila and her dog, Widget, enjoy spending the weekends working on her family farm and out on the 4-wheeler.
Debbie is our receptionist.
Her laugh is contagious, and her love of pets and people shows!
Josh has been a veterinary assistant at Westside since 2012, and has been a great addition to the team with his love of the pets and great client communication.
Josh is a life-long mid-Missourian, and prior to coming to Westside, he worked at a private no-kill animal shelter for 10 years.
Josh, married to Amanda, has two daughters, one son, and a house full of loving pets!
Chances are, if you have been to our clinic you have seen Jack meandering through our halls (usually with his mouse in his mouth).
Jack loves to play and is still into everything!
Jack is a little older than Colby; they are not brothers, but do have similar markings!
Jack usually has a collar on and the markings on both sides of his nose.
Colby has more color, and has a marking only on one side of his nose.
You can find them running around the clinic making friends and playing with anyone who will participate!
The information from the patient information sheets is extremely important for the doctors so they can determine your pet's risks for diseases, allergies, and other potential issues.
Please complete it and either email it back or drop it off before the appointment if possible, or bring to your first appointment.
