Court Street Veterinary Hospital
We are a locally owned veterinary hospital offering compassionate and quality veterinary care at affordable prices. Our dedicated team delivers a broad experience base providing primary wellness care, surgery, in-depth diagnostics and even telemdicine consults with boarded specialists - all in the heart of Keene, New Hampshire. Our experience here has been exceptional!

When our previous vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with our Boxer, on multiple occasions (even calling him "the mystery dog"), we brought him to Court Street Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Russett was able to determine that the ear issues were from a yeast infection and provided us with medications that helped the issue almost immediately! Our boy went from bleeding, itchy ears that wouldn't heal because the problem was "unknown" by our previous vet, to almost barely noticeable in less than a week!

Dr. Russett was extremely personable, even calling to check-in to see how Brady's ears were healing, and to not hesitate to call if we had any questions or concerns.

Pet's are good at hiding and masking pain.
By the time they are outwardly exhibiting pain, the disease process may be in the advanced stage and may not respond to treatment as readily.
Every member of the team at Court Street Veterinary Hospital feels honored that you have chosen us to care for your pet throughout his or her life.
It's easy to forget that our pets can be considered seniors after just seven years.
As they get older, their health needs change in unique ways that require proper consideration.
We will work with you to develop a health plan that is right for the unique needs of your senior pet.
Nutrition, exercise, and the prevention or early detection of diseases through regular exams are all ways to help your senior pet stay healthy.
Court Street Veterinary Hospital is equipped with a sterile surgical suite and we have a nurse monitoring anesthesia for all surgeries.
We take each individual into consideration to design the right anesthetic protocol for your pet.
During your pet's operation we monitor blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm (ECG), respiration, and oxygenation.
Whenever possible we ensure that all pets undergoing general anesthesia receive an intravenous catheter; this allows us to deliver fluid therapy to support blood pressure and intervene rapidly in the event of an emergency.
Court Street Veterinary Hospital believes strongly in vaccination protocols as safe and effective prevention for otherwise potentially fatal diseases.
We follow vaccination guidelines as recommended by the American Veterinary Medial Association & Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
We understand that many people have questions and concerns about vaccinations and we work hard to educate clients against misinformation and fear.
We'll work with you to determine the vaccination schedule that is in the best interest for your pet.
