Over the years, our staff has been privileged with the opportunity to create personal connections to our clients, and their pets.
At Woodland Animal Hospital, we take care to provide our clients with high quality veterinary services personalized for their pets unique needs.
We are available to schedule appointments Monday-Saturday.
To allow ample time for all patients and surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.
Like humans, pets do not synchronize illness with a calendar, and surgical procedures may take longer than planned- so an occasional delay is inevitable.
Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Heartworms can cause a variety of medical problems affecting the lungs, heart, liver, and kidneys.
Any of these problems, alone or in combination, can lead to death.
Fleas not only make pets and people miserable, but can cause serious health problems as well.
Fleas are widespread, blood-drinking parasites that can transmit tapeworms and cause flea allergy dermatitis.
Luckily fleas and heartworms can be easily prevented by using safe, effective, and easy-to-administer monthly medications.
Some of these products are given orally, whereas others are applied topically to the pets skin.
