Dr. Keith's first experience in animal care came at the ripe age of 10.
When one of his father's beagles developed an eye infection, young Dr. Keith was given the responsibility of administering the local veterinarian's treatment.
At that moment, he discovered how satisfying it was to help an animal that couldn't care for itself!
For him, a career in veterinary medicine simply felt natural.
After earning his veterinary degree at the University of Georgia in 1984, Dr. Keith took an Associate position at a small animal practice in Warner Robbins, Georgia.
