In fact this is the only field he has ever worked in, demonstrating his devine destiny.
He has been on the College of Veterinary Medicine Zoological and Wildlife Advisory panel and currently serves as a mentor/facilitator on the Veterinary school's Ethics Panel.
Dr. Knight grew up just south of San Antonio near Somerset, Texas.

As a new client of our Veterinary Clinic in Bandera, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet.
In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed.

We try to have a doctor available for your calls 24/7 BUT due to the fact that we are NOT a 24 hour facility and our doctors need to be prepared for our regular daytime duties we often have to refer some of the more serious or late night calls to one of the nearby emergency clinics.
We know these seem to be a long way off but in reality they are no farther than the ER you would be attending yourself.

Dr. Harper joins our team, as needed, to perform many advanced surgeries we formerly had to send our clients to San Antonio for.
Though boarded in Large Animal surgery, Dr. Harper's recent focus has been on small animal surgery in an attempt to be one of the few double boarded surgeons in the country.
We are able to perform TPLO cruciate(knee) surgeries, "tight-rope" extra-capsular repairs, bone-plating and many other advanced surgeries.
Dr. Jensen is not currently involved in our private veterinary practice but is available for consultation.
