Anesthesia: We have the safest available anesthetics, anesthetic protocols, and monitoring equipment, which provide that extra margin of safety in our patients.
To insure safety and improve recovery from anesthesia, all anesthetized animals have pre operative blood work checked and IV catheters placed for fluids during the procedure.
Patients have their vital parameters monitored constantly with monitors (EKG, pulse oxymetry, capnography, temperature, blood pressure) as well as veterinary nurses assessing similar clinical parameters until the pet is awake and safe.
