Norton Road Veterinary Hospital
Norton Road Veterinary Hospital was built in 1998 by Dr. Richard C. Nelson. Dr. Logan and Dr. Borders purchased the practice from him in 2004. Their shared philosophy is to offer the highest level of patient care possible while communicating clearly and effectively with their clients. They believe in customizing their recommendations to meet the needs of all clients and their pets.

All of our doctors and veterinary technicians spend a great deal of time continuing their education by attending state, local and national conferences on a regular basis. Our mission is to provide you and your pet with the best possible service. The health of your pet is our primary concern. We recognize the special bond between you and your pet, and we will do our best to preserve that tie for a lifetime.
Services
Preventive care is one of the most important services a veterinarian can provide.
At Norton Road Veterinary Hospital we recommend annual exams and other routine measures to help prevent illness at all stages of life.
We provide services ranging from vaccinations, flea and heartworm prevention, routine bloodwork and more.
We believe in finding the customized solution to your pets lifestyle.
From preventative surgeries to treating illness and injury our doctors offer a wide range of surgical services.
We are proud to offer a variety of services to a wide range of birds, reptiles and small mammals.
We can provide wellness, dental care, imaging, blood testing, and surgery for your "furless" friends.
Dr. Kayla Sands will see constricting snakes over 12 feet but we will not see any venomous species.
Our doctors and staff have extensive training in rabbit anesthetic care.
We perform surgical and dental procedures with state of the art equipment and pride ourselves on providing the highest level of care to our rabbit patients.
Laser therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light to create therapeutic effects.
Laser therapy can relieve pain, improve healing time, reduce swelling and increase range of motion.
There is no patient sedation or restraint required and the experience is usually pleasant and comforting to your pet.
Call and ask if your pet is a good candidate for laser therapy.
My almost 20 year old Jack Russell was having so much trouble getting around.
She had a pronounced limp and was in pain.
We decided to try the new laser treatment to see if it could help her.
We are happy to introduce our groomer Mindy.
Mindy has been grooming in Grove City for over 10 years and has been with Norton Road Veterinary Hospital team for 3 years.
No matter if you are our client or not we are happy to provide grooming services as long as your dog is current on vaccinations.
For dogs we require veterinary documentation of a current: Distemper, Parvo, Rabies and Bordatella.
Please contact Mindy directly at (614) 668-1778 for pricing, scheduling and more information.
Thank you for your request, Mindy will contact you with prices and scheduling information.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
This is essential to our busy schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours notice or a fee may be charged for missed appointments.
Our hours are by appointment, however, we do see emergencies during our office hours.
Emergencies are always our top priority; therefore, an occasional appointment delay can be inevitable.
We make every attempt to communicate any delays efficiently.
Our standard appointment time is 20 minutes with 40 minutes allotted for first time puppy visits.
