They were open to alternative treatments before jumping to drugs for chronic ailments and the entire staff was great.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our Customer Care Specialists which will talk with your human about your previous vaccination history and get a current weight.
In most cases a veterinary technician will usher you and your human into the examination room.
At that time the vet tech will start by asking your human about your medical history, current temperature and reason for your visit.
They are there to help gather information for the veterinarian.
Then, one of our veterinarians will examine you, ask your human further questions to get a better understanding of your concerns.
