Protect his or her health and well-being and the bond you share with help from the veterinary team Derry Animal Hospital.
We proudly serve the towns of Rockingham County, including Derry, Londonderry, Chester, Windham and Auburn - and look forward to welcoming you into our pet care family!
Take the first step to protect your pet's health with regular pet wellness care at our animal hospital, which includes comprehensive regular examinations, dental care, customized vaccinations and parasite prevention.
Prevention is the key to your pet's long-term health.
For that reason, the veterinarians and medical team at Derry Animal Hospital recommend your pet receive a complete wellness examination once a year.
If your pet has a health problem or issue that can be detected in its early stages, there is a far greater likelihood it can be resolved and treated with less difficulty, less expense and greater success.
To make sure we are providing your pet with the best possible care, we follow the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) guidelines, standards and protocols and our staff consistently works with outside specialists to ensure we are up to date on the latest technology and cutting edge procedures.
Jenna's organizational knowledge, technical skills and ability to be a motivating leader make her a great asset to the Derry Animal Hospital team.
Her responsibilities include managing finances, human resources and reception and establishing practice protocols.
She is also a certified veterinary technician in New Hampshire and a member of the New Hampshire Veterinary Technician Association, the American Animal Hospital Association and the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management.
Jenna started at the hospital back in 2002.
Derry Animal Hospital is a modern, clean and welcoming animal hospital with a skilled and compassionate veterinary team here to make caring for your pet as positive, simple and stress-free as possible.
Beyond our comprehensive wellness services, we offer treatment for eye disorders, allergy and dermatology treatment, cancer treatment, nutrition counseling and prescription diets, behavior counseling, and more.
Whether your pet is a playful puppy or kitten, active adult dog or cat, or a senior pet entering his or her golden years, we use a personalized approach to high-quality pet care based on your pet's needs.
Radiographs, or X-rays, are one of the most common and useful diagnostic tools in medicine.
After performing a thorough examination, diagnostic tests are sometimes necessary to identify the underlying cause of your companion's illness.
The veterinary team at Derry Animal Hospital uses digital X-rays to examine your pet's bones, lungs, heart, abdomen, oral cavity and other areas and for diagnosing and monitoring many medical and surgical conditions.
They take less time to process, which means less time for your pet on the X-ray table (and less stress), and less waiting time for you.
