We recommend that clients who are not fully vaccinated still wear masks into the building, please. We are able to provide you with a mask, upon request. After working for several years as an associate veterinarian, Dr. McKelroy realized that true freedom to provide the highest quality medicine would only come by opening her own practice.
Dr. McKelroy started with a staff of 2 in a 1,500 square foot shopping center space, but it was clear that the practice would outgrow that facility soon.
In 2004, an already full-service Four Paws Animal Clinic became Four Paws Animal Hospital.
As more technology was brought in-house, it became clear that "animal clinic" conveyed the wrong impression about a hospital that offered complete surgical and medical services including a complete lab, x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, and dentistry.
