Dr. Steve Vockert is the son of our "founding father" Dr. Walter Vockert.
Dr. Steve became an integral part of Halsey East immediately following the completion of his education in 1987, purchasing the clinic in 2001 when Walter retired.
He is a graduate of Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed a fourteen month internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the prestigious Rowley Memorial Animal Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Dr. Steve has shared his life with many four legged family members and has two rescue cats that keep staff and clients entertained at the clinic.
