Our low-cost non-profit clinic is here to help serve the needs of Coastal Georgia residents and their pets. PLEASE VISIT THE VETERINARY RESOURCES PAGE (under services on the menu bar) FOR ALTERNATE LOW-COST SPAY/NEUTER CLINICS IN THE AREA. Just as the name suggests, we are a veterinary clinic for the community. We offer routine and preventative care, vaccinations, dental cleaning and routine dental extractions as well as other minor surgical procedures.
Behavioral counseling is available for some common issues. In addition to dogs and cats, C.C.V.C also welcomes non-avian exotics such as reptiles, amphibians, "pocket pets", rabbits, ferrets, etc for basic wellness care. Currently, we are not set up to provide care for seriously injured pets, pets needing hospitalization, or emergencies.
We do hope in the future that this will change but for now, should your pet(s) condition fall into one of those categories we recommend seeking care from one of the other area veterinary hospitals equipped to handle such scenarios.

Services
Providing Quality Care at an Affordable Price is our goal!
We at C.C.V.C. understand the high costs of veterinary care as well as the toll it can take on pet owners.
Coastal Community Veterinary Clinic started out as a dream amongst animal rescuers in Liberty and Long Counties.
Throughout the country, the most effective way to do this has been proven time and time again to be spay and neuter clinics.
We started with very humble beginnings creating a clinic out of donated facilities, time, and lots of hard work.

We also offer basic Non-well care such as for routine infections, GI upset, coughing, allergies, stable chronic conditions, etc.
It is hard to decipher all the conflicting information out there about vaccinations especially when new information is constantly emerging and changing recommended protocols.
The consensus amongst veterinary professionals at this time is that NO ONE protocol fits every situation.
There are vaccinations that every dog/cat needs (CORE) and there are vaccinations that only some dogs/cats need to be based on lifestyle (NON-CORE).

Unfortunately we are limited in our ability to provide complex diagnostics, hospitalization, and advanced surgeries.
Fortunately we have veterinary hospitals nearby that are able to provide these services.
We are fortunate to have several other low cost surgical clinics in our area - please contact one of them for your routine surgery needs.

NOTE: In an effort to keep our prices at a minimum, we have very limited staff.
Unfortunately that means that our response time is longer than many other veterinary clinics.
Typically, it will be 1-2 business days to get a response.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
We do offer telemedicine appointments to estabilished patients for appropriate medical concerns (some concerns require hands-on examination).
If you are interested in this option let us know in your request.
