Our team misses you! Curbside appointments have been a challenge for all of us but the end is near! Gahanna Animal Hospital is making plans to reopen to welcome clients into the building that have scheduled appointments. We cannot wait for this day to come. There are still a few more steps before we can fully move forward and we have A LOT of exciting things going on behind the scenes.
As many of you may know, there was an addition added to the hospital, which increased our number of exam rooms and extended our treatment area, lab, and pharmacy. During the pandemic, we have certainly put our new rooms to use and we are excited to share it with all of you and your fur kids. Before we re-open, our team will undergo training to adjust to the new workflow.
When the pandemic began, the entire world was thrown into a new way of living and it was a huge adjustment for everyone, including our staff. This time, we want to make sure our team and clients are comfortable and ready for the change. We also have a few final touches to complete with the building before some areas are fully functional.

Services
Husband and wife team, Dr. John Worman and Dr. Paula Marrie, purchased Gahanna Animal Hospital in 1981.
The original building had a treatment room/laboratory, hospital ward, a small pharmacy, surgical room, and two exam rooms.
As the hospital began to grow, expansion became a necessity.
The hospital underwent a major renovation in 1994 and again in 2005, resulting in our current full-service animal hospital.
The facility now has a large treatment area, fully stocked pharmacy, in-house laboratory, hospital ward, isolation room, intensive care unit, surgical suite, grooming facility, doggie daycare area, large boarding facility and seven exam rooms.

I have been taking my Great Dane here for nearly 6 years.
I can always get an appointment when I call and they are always on time.
We see Dr. Rich who is awesome and always has a smile on her face and answers any questions that I may have.
The staff are always caring and attentive as well.
I would highly recommend Gahanna Animal Hospital and will continue I'm taking my dog here.
Our dog (lab/cocker) has trouble with ear infections from time to time.
Gahanna Animal Hospital always takes good care of him.
