When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly and you and your pet can relax in our reception area.
You can talk to Fruit Loop, our resident Amazon parrot or enjoy our 300-gallon saltwater reef tank.
We will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available.
Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time.
Although we have contingencies for emergencies, caring for animals often creates unexpected delays.
We work hard to ensure those delays are minimized as much as possible but know all of our clients and patients appreciate the time and attention that we provide to all.
As veterinarians we are allowed to develop our own sets of standards of care for our patients.
We have 3 levels of profiles which are given based on the age of the patient.
The profiles become more in depth as the patient ages.
These profiles allow us to thoroughly evaluate the health of our patients, going beyond what a physical exam will reveal.
Rabies vaccine every 1 year, We feel the 1 year product is safer than the 3 year product in cats.
Annual Wellness Blood Profile at 1 year of age and then annually starting at 6.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Dunwoody Animal Medical Center understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
