Animal Eye Clinic is proud to offer veterinary eye care services to clients from Oklahoma as well as surrounding states and has locations in both the Oklahoma City Metro and in Tulsa to better meet the needs of our clients. At Animal Eye Clinic we provide eye care services for your pet in conjunction with your primary care veterinarian. Dr Gwin provides expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases and disorders.

Our goal is to provide your pet with the highest level of care possible and we take pride in offering excellent customer service to our clients. Our team is made up of a handful of well trained, hardworking, dedicated and experienced staff all of whom are passionate about caring for animals. Becky is our customer service representative.
She worked as an office manager at a veterinary practice for 12 years and owned the Madison House Inn Bed and Breakfast for 5 years.
Dr. Gwin is at the OKC location on Tuesday and Thursday for consultation, appointments, and/or surgery.
Office opens at 8 a.m.
Appointment is required.
OKC is open daily Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to make appointments, refill pet medications, answer questions, etc.
Dr Gwin is at the Tulsa location on Monday and Wednesday for consultation appointments and/or surgery.
In addition, the Tulsa office is open to make appointments and refill pet medications on Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Thursday 8 a.m. to Noon.

We do not require a referral form but it is helpful during a new patient exam.
When sending a referral form, please include most recent records concerning the eyes and any lab work that has been performed.

A cataract is an opacity or cloudiness in the crystalline lens of the eye which prevents light from passing through to the retina and causes blurriness and loss of functional vision.
There are several categories of cataract depending on the cause and degree of development.
Dystrophy is the degeneration of tissues due to disease or malnutrition, frequently inherited.
As with all diseases of the eye, corneal dystrophies are variable in cause and severity making their treatment very specific to your pet's condition.
