For safety of our clients and staff, Crossroads Animal Clinic is offering curbside service at this time while the lobby is closed. Please call or text 770-614-4000 to let us know that you have arrived, and a staff member will come to your car. You may also use the doorbell to the right of the door to let us know that you have arrived. To continue social distancing efforts, we will use online forms to collect vital information.
We are happy to offer an updated system to collect critical medical history with a prepopulated form that you have completed with prior visits. For those that prefer, we can call the day before to collect this information that allows us to better prepare for your visit and respect your time. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work to provide you and your pet with our best service experience.
Call ahead for medication refills, food or any other requests will minimize your wait time while allowing us to continue current social distancing recommendations.
