Dr. Osgood completed his Bachelors of Science degree at Baldwin-Wallace college in Berea Ohio in 1991 with cum laude honors.

In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

It gives a means to deal with issues as simple as a runny eye or a sudden unexpected catastrophic injury or sickness without the worry about costs as a determining factor of whether the pet gets treatment or not.
