To allow for sufficient time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.
Emergency cases however will always be of utmost priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
Please know that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and give all patients the time and quality of case that you and they deserve.
We take a 'No Show' for a scheduled appointment and late cancellations very seriously.
This is because we may have had to reluctantly decline seeing a sick patient or delay their visit to another day due to a fully booked schedule.
