Nothing can compare to a wagging tail that eagerly greets you at the end of the day, the gentle purring of a cat rubbing along your leg, or the demonstrations of pure joy from a simple game of fetch. When you decided to bring a pet into your home, you entered into one of the most potentially rewarding relationships of a lifetime. As with most people, the more you invest in this relationship with your pet, the more rewards you will enjoy.

Regardless of the type you own, your pet is an important part of the family. Along with the many rewards of this relationship, you accepted a fair amount of responsibility. Your pet depends completely on you to provide food, water, shelter, exercise, and health care. To make a good home for your pet you spend lots of time with him, provide a safe environment, make sure he eats good healthy food, and take him for regular visits to the veterinarian.

One of the most important things you can do for the health of your pet is to find a vet who combines the highest clinical standards of care with a genuine and compassionate approach.
