Call
When you arrive in our parking lot please call us at 203-329-8811 to let us know that you are here for your appointment. Don't just walk in - you will find the front door locked and will only be allowed in as follows.

We are not allowing more than 1 PERSON in our office at this time - YOU MUST BE WEARING GLOVES & A MASK! DO NOT COME IN AT ALL if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with anyone who is not feeling well or if you have been outside the country within the last 2 weeks or in so called hot zones like NYC in the past 2 weeks.

One of our staff members will come to the car and take your pet from you and you can speak to the veterinarian via phone, and when everything is completed your pet will be returned to you in your car - this is our MOST PREFERRED METHOD OF CARE.

If your pet is sick or being dropped off for a procedure and you feel you cannot convey enough information via a phone call then ONLY 1 PERSON is allowed to come into the building with your pet - the only exception will be in very dire circumstances like euthanasia, but please contact our front desk first so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Services
We have the capability to perform in-house blood work, ultrasounds, endoscopes, radiographs, dental radiographs, and other diagnostic tests to help better treat your animal.
We have a full surgical suite where we perform both elective and life-saving surgeries, from spays to fracture repairs to heart surgery.
We also have a separate dental/special procedure room where both simple dental cleanings and complex dental procedures are performed.
We offer emergency care during all business hours and have a complete ICU facility with heat regulated oxygen cages and video monitoring.
Often times it can be a curative procedure by helping to remove a foreign body, small mass, or bladder stone.
We take in-house digital radiographs and have them ready to view in 15 minutes or less to help aid your pet.
We use these tools to treat even the most advanced dental disease.
This allows us to care for your pet's dental issues with the tools and sophistication of a board certified dentist.
We have a specialty cat room where your cat can stay in a 2 or 3 room condo with a view of a large fish tank.
