Our current building was completed in 1985 and remodeled in the year 2000.
It is designed to allow us to practice veterinary medicine under optimum working conditions.
Efficient, cheerful, and easy to maintain, our building includes 5 exam rooms, a completely isolated surgical suite with heated surgical table, a large intensive care unit, comprehensive anesthetic monitoring, the latest in imaging technology - including digital x-ray, ultrasound and echocardiograms, a soft-tissue carbon dioxide laser, fully equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art blood analyzers and an in-house use pharmacy.

I may not have always known I would become a veterinarian.
What I did know when I was growing up, was that I would join a profession where I looked forward to going to work every day and one that would afford me the opportunity to make a difference in my community through a service-oriented career.
Prior to embarking on a leap-of-faith at 29 years old, I dabbled in other professions along the way including biotechnology and coastal and ocean policy.
Although I took the road less traveled, I could not be more grateful to have found my passion working at Georgetown Animal Clinic.

Surgical and Inpatient Procedures Surgical and hospital procedures are performed Monday through Friday.
Admission for surgery is between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM by appointment.
You are encouraged to call for a report on your pet's condition at any time during our regular business hours.
Any procedure requiring sedation, anesthesia or bloodwork in a dog or cat requires an overnight fast.
We recommend that you remove your pet's food after 9:00 PM the night before admission and remove water at 7:00 AM the morning of the procedure.
