We do require a 24 hour notice for any prescription refill. If you are requesting a refill from an online pharmacy different from our online pharmacy, Vetsource, we require you to pick up a hand written prescription that you can mail. We have you sign a waiver because manufacturer's do not provide guarantees on their products when you buy from outside sources, as they cannot guarantee the quality of the product since it was not directly purchased from them.

APEX Hospice and Palliative Care is currently seeking friendly, well-mannered and calm dogs, of all shapes and sizes (and their people!) to join our Love on Leashes Pet Team!
These special volunteers are needed to provide a little companionship, comfort, and even some wet kisses to our terminally ill patients and their families.
YOU are needed to help them do it!
Volunteers/handlers must complete our Medicare-approved volunteer training which can be completed in easy, self-study modules with personal assistance from our experienced staff.

If your dog passes the daycare assessment and stays to participate in that same day's group play, the regular daycare fee of $24 is waived.
If your dog does not meet the requirements for group play, the owner will be notified as soon as possible and will still be responsible to pay the $24 evaluation charge - that is not refunded.
