Dr. Brad Gividen, originally from Middletown, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati) attended Ohio State University for his undergraduate and veterinary education.
After graduating vet school, he moved to Maryland where he has been in private practice for over 17 years, 15 of which have been in Carroll County.
In 2008 he took over Rolling Hills Animal Hospital.
Dr. Brad enjoys small animal medicine and surgery as well as caring for the occasional pocket pet.
He is married with one son, Mason, and a 9 month old daugher, Harper.

We live in Baltimore but consider the 40 minute drive well worth the trip.
We were told by the rescue organization that we had to use their veterinarian, Rolling Hills, for treatment since they would be covering the cost.
We did so reluctantly with the expectation that we would return to our vet after she was cleared of the heartworm.
They consistently exceed my expectations every time I've needed them.
