When we had an emergency with my Conure, Oswego Vet Hospital got her in that day.
They treated us wonderfully and were very accommodating considering that I had to drive 3 hours one way just to bring her in.
We felt so lucky to have the Oswego Veterinary Hospital so close to us.
This team is very responsive and caring, but what sets them apart is their communication.
We had a very sick kitty who was deteriorating quickly, and Dr. Tongue and team let us know as soon as there were updates, they walked us through their diagnostic process and assumptions, and were very clear about options and knowledgeable about 24 hour critical care in the area.
