Services
Schyler Hiibel was born and raised in Fallon, Nevada.
She was raised on a family owned and operated cattle ranch and farm, which is where she became interested in becoming a veterinarian.
Dr. Hiibel has been working in the veterinary field for 20 years.
Schyler graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and attended Colorado State University for veterinary school.
She graduated from veterinary school in 2008 and returned to Nevada to practice.
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open.
If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.
If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty five days a week who are trained and equipped to handle your urgent care needs.
In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service.
Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care.
Our commitment to you is to continue to offer our world class service and a modern veterinary facility.
Your pet's annual vet check-up will include a complete physical exam.
Because even the most cooperative pet may not readily go-along with a tooth and gum brushing, an annual cleaning by your veterinarian maybe in order.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Western Nevada Veterinary Services understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
Absolutely amazing staff!
I can't thank them enough for how wonderful they are, and how well they treat our pets.
I was worried about finding a new vet when we arrived, but Dr. Hibbel and her entire staff including Dr. Torvik and Dr. Vining won me over very quickly.
They listen to my concerns, spent time with me and my girls, discussed issues and concerns and helped me make the best decision I could.
Her entire staff is very caring and friendly.
I will not trust my Sasha girl to anybody else.
