I grew up in Mason City, Iowa where I spent a lot of time begging my parents for dogs, cats, and ponies.
By the time I finished undergrad at Cornell College in Mt.
Vernon, Iowa and veterinary school at Iowa State University in 2000, I had accumulated 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a husband.
After graduation, the six of us set off for Kenosha, Wisconsin where I started my veterinary career (and acquired yet another dog).
In 2001 I began practicing in Libertyville, IL.
Over the next 18 years, I developed my skills, worked with a wonderful team of people and formed rewarding relationships with many valued clients.

At Good Life Veterinary Care, we believe that your pet's emotional health is just as important as her physical health.
We recognize that a trip to the veterinarian can be a stressful event for many pets - they may be injured or ill, nervous about the sounds, smells and sights of a new place with new people, or may have fear associated with previous negative experiences.
Our team strives to do all we can to minimize your pet's stress, fear and anxiety related to examinations and procedures every time they visit us.
