Our roots in St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas run deep, and as a longstanding member of the community, Dr. Wehrmann has earned the respect of his colleagues and regularly accepts referrals from other practices for surgical or other procedures.
We have been proud members of AAHA (the only organization that accredits animal hospitals throughout the United States and Canada) since 1976, and every three years our practice is evaluated on more than 800 standards of accreditation.

Dr. Wehrmann graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Zoology.
He went back to his hometown to earn a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri.
