We thank you for your patience over the past year. We are now doing a modified curbside. When you arrive for your appointment, please continue to call us from the parking lot. This also allows us to help coordinate when you can enter the building, we are still trying to limit the people in the lobby (not only for human infectious diseases, but we have also found much calmer pets when they aren't made to wait in the lobby or able to interact with other pets.).
If you still want to wait in your car while we examine your pet, please let us know when we are on the phone with you at your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, call us from the parking lot. We will take a history over the phone and go over a treatment plan/estimate, when applicable. You will be responsible for bringing your pet inside where a technician/assistant will take your pet.
You may then go back to your car. Or you may come inside if your appointment was made for an in hospital appointment. Our veterinarian will examine your pet and then call you to go over their findings and treatment plan.

It is also important that you know what to expect after surgery in regards to healing times, possible complications, and medications your pet may be taking.
If you do not have time or forget, don't worry!
We will have the forms available for you!
