He was a full scholarship swimmer from 1990-1995, attended University of North Carolina Wilmington graduating with a BS in Chemistry with honors, a minor in math and Spanish, and University of Illinois Veterinary School graduating with a DVM in 2000.
During school he worked at the ASPCA Urbana Champaign from 1995-1997 and the University of Illinois Toxicology Lab from 1995-2000.
Out of veterinary school Dr. G. worked at Dover Shores Veterinary Hospital from 1999-2001, and became an associate veterinarian at Canyon Animal Hospital in 2001.
During school he worked at the ASPCA Urbana Champaign from 1995-1997 and the University of Illinois Toxicology Lab from 1995-2000.
Out of veterinary school Dr. G. worked at Dover Shores Veterinary Hospital from 1999-2001, and became an associate veterinarian at Canyon Animal Hospital in 2001.
Our veterinarians available to see appointments Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm and from 8:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays.
We also welcome drop-off appointments available for those whose schedule prevents them from staying for an appointment.
Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Veterinary emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open.

2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash.
All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.
Canyon Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program.
It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3, 6 and 12 monthly installments.
