Our on-site X-ray equipment is completely digital.
All hospitals own whole-body and dental imaging systems.
Both systems use digital technology to provide the highest quality images.
We also partner with board-certified radiologists for ultrasound and image review as needed.
Please call 512.980.2080 for 24-hour access to a team member to help with any questions or issues.
Our cats and dogs can't tell us how they feel.
An annual physical exam lets us know what's going well and also gives us insight into problems.
Get to know the team that has dedicated their lives to taking the absolute best care of your pet.
As Medical Director of the Firehouse Animal Center in Leander, Dr. Adriana Mendoza leads her team while also seeing patients on a daily basis.
When seeing clients and their pets, Dr. Mendoza's first goal is to create a comfortable environment.
To help cats acclimate and feel at ease, Dr. Mendoza finds a quiet exam room and uses slow movements and a quiet voice so cats feel calm and reassured.
To connect with dogs, she moves down to the floor, performs exams in the hospital's open treatment area, and offers treats to establish trust.
Our software system is set up to track your points.
We will let you know when you reach the levels described below.

This credit can be deducted from your bill on the day of service, or Firehouse can donate it to one of our partner animal welfare groups.
