Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Ipswich Animal Hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to manage all your pet's health care needs.
Pharmacy: We maintain a complete inventory of vaccination pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and Heartworm preventives to meet your pet's needs.
Individualized Flea Control Programs: We develop programs for the specific needs of your pet and your own particular environmental situation.
We will review with you the best ways to control fleas in your house, in your yard and on your pet.
First: we must remember our pets can't speak and cannot tell us if they feel unwell or have any other indicators of internal illness.
Because of this, we need to examine them every 12 months as well as run routine screening tests to detect underlying diseases BEFORE they are clinically apparent.
Second: our pets are really, really good at masking their illnesses until late in the course of disease.
This stems from survival instincts in pack or colony situations.
