Keep in mind that we take time to really get to know you and your pet, so your first appointment with us may take up to an hour as we talk to you about your pet's medical history, lifestyle, behavior, any concerns you have, and more.

Telemedicine allows our current clients to schedule virtual appointments with one of our doctors to discuss health concerns that may not require a trip to the veterinary clinic.
Yet, not all situations are appropriate for a virtual vet visit.
So, when is veterinary telemedicine appropriate?
You have questions or concerns about your pet's quality of life/hospice care, behavior/anxiety concerns, or diet/nutrition recommendations.
If your pet requires any medication following a telemedicine consultation, we'll prescribe the medicine through SPPH (to be picked up during business hours), send it to you via our online pharmacy (VetSource), or we can fill it through an external pharmacy if needed.
