Dr. Brooks is our Associate Veterinarian, he graduated from Cornell University in 1984. He owned his own Veterinary Hospital for 31 years and we are very lucky to have such a talented amazing Doctor in our team. Ragged Mountain has the best staff around and pricing is so competitive. My husband and I have been taking our pup here for YEARS. We've never lived in the immediate area and recently moved even further up north in CT.
However, we refuse to change Vets and are willing to travel over an hour in traffic every time for our visits. Love love love this place! Very kind and caring group of people, I'm very comfortable bringing my animals here knowing they are getting great care.

Dr. Pamela Shapiro is originally from Massachusetts and received her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2007.
She worked as a veterinary technician, for the founder of Ragged Mountain Animal Hospital, Dr. Toby Kimm, for 2 years before starting Veterinary School.
She attended Iowa State University and completed her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2013.
After graduation, she joined the team at Ragged Mountain as an Associate Veterinarian, until September of 2016.
She worked as a veterinary technician, for the founder of Ragged Mountain Animal Hospital, Dr. Toby Kimm, for 2 years before starting Veterinary School.
