After graduating from the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010, she worked at a mixed animal practice for two years before purchasing the Fredericksburg Veterinary Clinic from Dr. Harold Nordaas in September of 2012.
She and her husband, Jarred have three children, Ella, Jack, and Jenna, and a Bernese Mountain Dog, Aubree. Dr. Kristen Cuperus has been with our clinic since June of 2019. She then practiced for 2 years in South Dakota where she worked primarily with cattle. She lives on an acreage with her fiance Sam, two dogs: Calamity & Lincoln, and two cats: Bane & Kevin. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
