True North Veterinary Hospital is the result of Dr. Kate Battenfelder's lifetime of preparation of education, experience, compassion and dedication. It has come to fruition by the ability to partner with the most talented and passionate veterinary technicians- Stephanie Macomber and Melanie Gregory- as well as many caring professionals of the Mount Washington Valley.
We excel at attention to detail- in the way we built our hospital and in the way we treat our patients and clients. Our services include individualized preventative medicine plans, soft tissue surgery, dental services, ultrasound, in-house laboratory and 24-hour emergency care.

We are so in love with our log building where we have set up our veterinary facility in Bartlett, NH.
We have a beautiful, peaceful home looking out onto Attitash and Bear Peak Mountains.
The building was renovated from its past life as a greatly loved ice cream shop to now house 3 exam rooms, operating room, imaging room and treatment area.
We have great love for our local contractor and subcontractors who created our dream building.
