Powdersville Animal Hospital was originally established in 1990 as Zink Animal Hospital. In 2006, Dr. Sanders became the new owner and veterinarian of the newly re-named practice. Just as our community has grown and changed, so has the level of veterinary care and services offered to our clients and patients. We are committed to the continued education of our staff and community and we welcome the excitement and challenges associated with maintaining a high standard of care.
Not only are the veterinarians fantastic, the entire staff is very welcoming and they really go the extra mile to help.

Thank you, staff at PAH for the great care you gave to my cat Rocky!
I had no idea his condition was so bad, so thank God you were open on Saturday so we could come see the vet!
The staff and doctors were wonderful with him, and got him all set with medication and a plan of care.
I'm so grateful for you all.

Your pet can greatly benefit from regular wellness examinations or checkups.
Our veterinarians are ready to examine your pet at any stage of their life.
We will take a look at pet's major organ systems and use the wellness visit to ask you questions about your pet's behavior, appetite, exercise habits, and regular activities at home.
This is also an excellent time for us to discuss any routine diagnostic testing that may benefit your pet or to recommend any vaccinations that may be due.
If your pet seems healthy, a wellness examination is a good opportunity to note any changes, such as weight gain or loss or other subtle changes that may not be evident at home.
