Together, with their full time associates; Dr. Alyssa Vincent and Dr. Ali O'Hagan, they strive to provide the highest standards of veterinary medical care and customer service; treating each patient as if it was their own.

Dr. Jocelyn Cowan joined the UAH veterinary team in 2004, providing outstanding patient care and performing surgery.

Dr. Cowan completed a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science and Mathematical Science at Johns Hopkins University.
She earned her DVM at Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine.
After finishing veterinary school, Dr. Cowan completed an internship in emergency medicine at Norwalk Veterinary Referral Emergency Center and worked 3 years as an emergency clinician at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists.
