At our vet in Rexburg, we have four certified veterinary technicians and several veterinary assistants who assist our doctors. The certified veterinary technicians are licensed to work in the state of Idaho. They along with our groomer and support staff are trained to assist you with the care of your pets. Our animal health care extends its services to animals of every size and shape.

We provide quality care for dogs, cats and pocket pets, such as guinea pigs, ferrets, and rabbits. In addition we offer care for horses, cattle, other farm animals, and exotic animals. This place has done well for me and helped me with all my problems, they also accept care credit here which makes it seem like I have insurance for my pets. Dr. Tew grew up in Firth, Idaho.
Besides where he has lived to attend school, he also spent a couple years in Sacramento, California.
He graduated from Ricks College in Rexburg, ID and from BYU in Provo, UT before enrolling in the College of Veterinary Medicine in Pullman, Washington.

Katrina grew up in Twin Falls, ID and later Nampa, ID.
She attended Ricks College.
She has always loved animals and brought home more strays than her mother would have liked.
While working at a veterinary clinic in Nampa she was given the nickname of "Ellie Mae" for there has rarely been an animal that she couldn't get to like her.

Joslyn was born and raised in Parker ID on her family's small ranch.
Her love for animals started at a very young age growing up around horses and cattle.
We do most surgeries Monday through Friday in the mornings so we have plenty of time to monitor your best friend as they wake up from anesthesia.
Emergency surgery is performed as needed which may require extra care for your pet.
Routine surgeries need to follow the guidelines outlined below.
Many routine surgeries include blood panel screening that checks several things, including the liver and kidney function, so we may customize the best anesthesia for your pet.
A pre-surgical exam is done when the blood is drawn for testing.
Pets may be admitted and released from our boarding facilities during our regular business hours, which are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to Noon.
We are closed on Sundays.

We do offer day boarding.
We can give medications to your pet, when needed while they are staying with us, for an extra fee.
If we feed the food you provide we will discount your boarding fee.
We feed Science Diet Adult food to our boarding pets.
