Winslow Park Animal Hospital opened its doors to the neighborhood with the 2013 New Year. The hospital was founded by local, experienced veterinarians and is a full service medical, surgical and dental facility. It is named after the open space and popular dog park next door, Winslow Park. We always strive to accommodate clients, heal their pets, and create a positive veterinary experience.
Our clients receive individualized attention and we will always treat your pets as if they are our own. A Westport native, Dr. David Santisi, has been practicing in the area for almost 20 years.
In 1993 he began working at Strawberry Hill Animal Hospital in Norwalk after graduating with his veterinary degree from Cornell University.
He is now a co-owner of Strawberry Hill and also co-founded A Cat's Place in 1997 and then Winslow Park Animal Hospital in 2013.
Dr. Santisi has spent time continuing his education in eye surgery, managing animal hospitals and feline medicine.
With that interest in feline medicine, he helped create the cat specialized facility, A Cat's Place.

Winslow Park Animal Hospital recommends a yearly physical exam for all cats and dogs and more frequent visits as your pet ages.
