Our mission is to incorporate all of our clients and patients into the Porters Neck Veterinary Hospital family. The PNVH family practices based on compassion, respect, education and quality care. Through these core values, we expect to exceed our client's expectations and care for patients as though they were our own. If you are interested in a family-oriented veterinary hospital, one who is more of a trusted friend than a corporate stranger, you've come to the right place.
We strive to keep ourselves in touch with our profession "the way it used to be". While maintaining high technical standards, we offer a practical, honest approach to your family member's health and well-being. We practice medicine, not business. Come meet our caring, friendly staff, and find out for yourself why we have been voted Wilmington's Best Veterinarians by both Encore Magazine and Wilmington Parent Magazine.
They truly care about your pets, yet they also care about the customer. I cant say enough kind words about this staff and this establishment.

You may request an appointment by calling our office and we will do our best to accommodate scheduling your request.
We request that you call any previous veterinary practices your pet has visited and have their history faxed or emailed to our office ahead of your appointment.
This will help cut down on check-in wait times and allow us to further assess your reason for visit.
If this cannot be done before your appointment, we can call for you and we will work to get the appropriate information as quickly as possible.
